Energy Efficiency

Concessions is aware of the need to establish models of energy consumption based on efficiency in order to fight against the Climate Change and to protect the environment.

The Hospital Infanta Sofía has an Energy Management System, certified under the UNE-EN-ISO 50001 standard, which has encouraged the implementation of actions aimed at a greater efficiency in energy consumption, thereby avoiding the emission of 7267 tonnes of CO2 in to the atmosphere since 2011, which means a reduction of 47% of its emissions.
