41 km bypass motorway north of the city of Toowoomba in the state of Queensland. Australia.
The contract involves the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the 41 km of motorway.
The TSRC is one of the key elements of the economic development plan of the south west of Queensland. It is a bypass motorway north of the city of Toowoomba that will enable the city to be bypassed via a faster and safer route for freight traffic towards the harbour and south west of Queensland.
Its most notable features include an 800-metre long viaduct above the railway line and a 30-metre cut-through in the mountain, to avoid the alternative of a tunnel, which will allow the transit of large vehicles or those carrying dangerous goods.
After completion, Concessions business division will participate in the motorway operation and maintenance works, over a 25-year long concession.
