The 32.5-year concession includes the design, construction, financing and comprehensive management of the facilities.
The award-winning Royal Jubilee Hospital with world-class facilities, worth CAD 250 million, is the most recent addition to the Vancouver Island Health Authority in Victoria (British Columbia).
The hospital consists of facilities spanning 42,000 m2, with a capacity for 500 beds, mainly single rooms with private bathrooms.
LEED Gold Certification, and elder-friendly design - these are some of the sustainable building practices applied.
